PSW Free Training is a ‘historic initiative’ of the Ontario government

The role of ‘PSW’ or personal support workers as frontline workers in Western society is quite important. As they are engaged in the care of critically ill patients in care centers and hospitals, and they are also engaged in other community care homes, privately owned homes and government-funded long-term nursing homes. At the same time, they not only set a unique example of service but also dedicate themselves to the daily well-being of their patients. According to the Personal Support Worker HQ website, the average life expectancy in long-term care centers in Canada is 87.2 years, and many of them suffer from mental disabilities, such as Alzheimer’s or dementia. As a result, their great sacrifice is unforgettable. This example is reflected during the Corona pandemic everywhere in Canada, even in other countries. (more…)

The Canadian parliament blames China for the Uighur genocide

Although most cabinet members were absent from voting. The House of Commons also explicitly blames for the country’s indiscriminate killings of Uighurs and other Turkish-speaking Muslims in China.

The said proposal was made in Parliament by the opposition Conservative Party. It said China’s state action in the Xinjiang region was tantamount to genocide in accordance with UN policy adopted in 1948. In addition to the Conservative members, a significant number of ruling Liberal party MPs voted in favour of the proposal. The final vote count showed that 266 MPs present voted without any opposition, only two MPs have remained officially absent. (more…)

ROMA – Otto tecnici e quindici politici con alcune riconferme: il Governo Draghi è pronto. Il premier incaricato è salito al Colle per sciogliere la riserva e sottoporre la lista dei ministri al presidente della Repubblica, Sergio Mattarella, che l’ha approvata, firmando i decreti di nomina: il giuramento è previsto per sabato 13 febbraio alle ore 12.. Mexico’s president asked Ottawa through its Embassy in Mexico to support the Canadian mining company First Majestic Silver Corp. to cover its tax obligations, which it estimates of $500 million dollars.
