ROME – International “spy story” in the heart of Rome, where an officer of the Italian Navy was arrested last night by the Ros of Carabinieri on charges of political and military espionage. The soldier, a frigate captain, was in fact surprised while he gave to an officer of the Russian armed forces, in exchange for money (5 thousand euros), some “classified” documents (top secret), during a clandestine meeting that took place in a parking lot of the capital.
