TORONTO – Le nuove proiezioni dello Science Advisory Table dell’Ontario sono destinate a raffreddare gli entusiasmi. Non solo ci vorrà ancora tempo per sconfiggere il Covid, ma se non viene vaccinato oltre l’85% della popolazione, questo autunno potremmo andare incontro ad un altro lockdown. Inoltre, secondo il Science Table gli abitanti della provincia, fino a quando i livelli di vaccinazione non saranno abbastanza alti da proteggere la popolazione, dovrebbero ridurre i contatti a circa il 70% del livello pre pandemia. Per riuscirci, il comitato consultivo scientifico consiglia di limitare il numero di persone in ambienti chiusi, mantenere il distanziamento fisico, moderare i grandi assembramenti.
