Toronto, May 10: India plans to recruit hundreds of former army medics as the country wrestles with record COVID-19 infections and deaths rose by more than 4,000 amid calls for a complete nationwide lockdown. Welcome to the Canadian National Multilingual News Group (CNMNG). This is a project made possible through funding by Canadian Heritage. CNMNG aims to gather news researched and written by a corps of Canadian-based journalists/writers from the country’s multilingual community groups.
