Daily update of Ontario’s Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign
With the largest vaccination campaign underway, the province has administered more than 30.4 million doses into the arms of Ontarians. According to data last updated on January 29, numbers released by the Ministry of Health show health officials administered 87,121 vaccine doses on Friday, up from 77,968 doses the day prior.

On Friday, health officials in Canada logged 9,088 new infections, pushing the total number of confirmed positive cases passed 3.0 million. Of the cumulative total number of cases, 91.3% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, authorities have reported 116 Covid-related deaths for a total of 33,489 fatalities attributable to Covid-19.
