The exact date remains unknown (how things happen today), but sometime in the summer, Beyond Monet: The Immersive Experience will open for a limited time.

Beyond Monet makes its world premiere in Toronto and has chosen the Metro Toronto Convention Center for this. This groundbreaking, cinematic, all-new production was created by the minds of Normal Studio and produced by Beyond Exhibitions Inc.

Claude Monet is a key character in the history of art: without him, the impressionist current would not have developed. In fact, it was one of his paintings that gave the movement its name; It is about Impression, rising sun. Thanks to Monet we can admire not only his works –such as the Japanese Garden– but also those of other contemporaries such as Van Gogh or Gauguin.

95 years after his death, this three-part multisensory experience is being prepared, inspired by the “intoxicating freedom” and the “rejection of conventions” characteristic of the Monet collection.

Rotating projections will bring the Impressionist’s paintings to life, transforming a 50,000-square-foot space within the MTCC into an “ethereal representation” of his work.

Created by Normal Studio and produced by Beyond Exhibitions Inc., the experience offers music, sound effects, and scenery to expand Monet’s art beyond the canvas.

Jeffrey Latimer, the producer of JL Entertainment, says that it is “an immersive multi-sensory experience that offers visitors a dream trip through the world of Monet’s masterpieces; sharing this unique show with Canadians for its world premiere is a great honour for us. “

The ample show space within the Metro Toronto Convention Center will allow visitors to physically distance themselves safely. A staggered schedule system will ensure that time and capacity limits are maintained. In addition, there will be stations with antibacterial gel, a permanent cleaning program and the use of face masks will be mandatory, and there will be.
