Canadá desarrolla tratamiento con Peginterferon-Lambda
Científicos dan a conocer nuevas investigaciones en la lucha contra el Covid-19

Un equipo de científicos canadienses dio a conocer algunos resultados prometedores respecto a un nuevo tratamiento potencial contra el Covid-19. Peginterferon-Lambda, un fármaco antiviral experimental, podría ser la próxima mejor herramienta en el tratamiento de pacientes con Covid-19.

Los resultados de Fase 2 de un ensayo clínico, publicado en The Lancet Respiratory Medicine, el 5 de febrero, sugieren que el tratamiento con el fármaco antiviral podría acelerar la recuperación de las personas infectadas con el virus.
