On Sunday, health officials in Greece logged 18,592 new infections, pushing the total number of confirmed positive cases passed 1.5 million. Of the cumulative total number of cases, 70.8% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, authorities have reported 66 Covid-related deaths for a total of 21,394 fatalities attributable to Covid-19.

Globally, over 306 million cases have confirmed positive for Covid-19 according to Johns Hopkins University data. Since the start of the pandemic, over 259 million people have recovered. Fatalities attributable to Covid-19 now surpass 5.4 million worldwide.
