Ontario today reached 544,204 overall positives, an increase of 287 new cases compared to Saturday. The total number of victims in Ontario has meanwhile risen to 9,126 with 12 more deaths than the previous day. The number of recovered people in the province rose to 532,453 or 379 more than the previous 24 hours. There are 143,267 cases so far registered in Ontario of the English variant of Covid, 1,205 of the South African variant, 4,393 of the Brazilian variant and 1.343 of the Indian variant.
today there were 305 people still in hospital, 289 of them in intensive care and 191 connected to ventilators for assisted breathing. There are 6 retirement and long-term homes that continue to record cases of Covid-19. Today there were 15,361 elderly patients infected in total since the beginning of the emergency and 3,967 total deaths so far recorded among guests of the same facilities. In Woodbridge today there were 9,354 total cases of positivity since the Covid-19 pandemic started, 6,755 in Maple, 7,488 in Richmond Hill and 12,541 in Markham.

In Mississauga, the total number of people who tested positive for the coronavirus was 40,336 today, 8 more than last Saturday. Also in Mississauga were today 450 victims so far, with no more deaths recorded, while there were 39,785 people recovered from Covid-19.
In Brampton, the total number of people positive for Covid-19 was today 66,297 with 7 new cases of contagion more than on Saturday. 341 confirmed deaths, with one more victim since the last bulletin, while 65,852 were found to be healed today.
In Caledon, there were 4,437 registered infections today, with no more cases than on Saturday, while 4,411 had recovered and 20 victims overall, with no more deaths confirmed.
In Hamilton the total number of positives today was 21,236 with 10 new cases of contagion more than in the last testing cycle, while the number of victims so far ascertained was 399, with no more new deaths recorded in the last 24 hours.
In Ottawa, 27,650 people were infected today, with 9 more new positives compared to the last survey, while 591 people died, with no more new deaths recorded since the last bulletin. The healed in the capital today were a total of 26,953.
In Quebec today there were 88 new registered cases, for a total of 374,406 infected, with no more additional deaths, per 11.202 total victims.
