On Thursday, health officials in the Poland logged 14,068 new infections, pushing the total number of confirmed positive cases passed 5.7 million. Of the cumulative total number of cases 89.3% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, authorities have reported 266 Covid-related deaths for a total of 112,130 fatalities attributable to Covid-19.
Globally, over 441 million cases have confirmed positive for Covid-19 according to Johns Hopkins University data. Since the start of the pandemic, over 374 million people have recovered. Fatalities attributable to Covid-19 now surpass 5.9 million worldwide.
