The Italian Ambassador Cattaneo meeting with Canadian MPs and Senators

OTTAWA – Closing the celebrations for the 25th Italian Language Week in the World, the Speaker of the House of Commons, Francis Scarpaleggia, and the President of the Canada-Italy Parliamentary Friendship Group, Angelo Iacono, organized a meeting of MPs and Senators with the Italian Ambassador to Canada, Alessandro Cattaneo, in the House of Commons in Ottawa, a few days ago. The meeting was attended by several dozen MPs from across the political spectrum and representing various Canadian provinces, including the Deputy Speaker of the House, Alexandra Mendes, and Senators Tony Loffreda, Toni Varone and Sandra Pupatello. In pellegrinaggio nelle chiese di Toronto

TORONTO – Sappiamo tutti che quest’anno è l’anno del Giubileo, una grande celebrazione in Italia a cui ho intenzione di partecipare. Penso che questo significhi che dobbiamo tutti riflettere attentamente su come si realizza realmente la speranza. La speranza cristiana non è starsene lì a desiderare che accada qualcosa. E non si tratta di voci infondate secondo cui tutto andrà bene. La speranza cristiana è un invito all’azione, un mandato a lavorare, come si dice.

Pilgrimage sa mga simbahan ng Toronto

TORONTO – Alam natin lahat na itong taon na ito ay , taon nang Hubilee. Malaking pagdiriwang sa Italya na balak kong puntahan. Sa akin panigin Ibig sabihin na dapat natin pag isipan nang malalim kung papano maganap ang pag asa makabayad nang pag kakautang. Ang Kristianong pagarap ay hindi lamang na tumatayo’t at naghihintay nang isang pangyayari. At ito’y hindi usapin na kuro kuro na maarin mangyari sa pamamagitan nang pagasa tulad na maaring mangyari.

Pilgrimage, “Hope Turn Debt”

TORONTO – We are all aware that this year is the year of Jubilee, big celebration in Italy which I plan to attend. “I think that mean we all have to think hard about how hope actually happens. Christian hope isn’t standing around wishing of something to happen. And it’s not unsubstantiated rumour that everything is going to be okay. Christian hope is a call to action, a mandate to work, as they say.
