টরন্টো, এপ্রিল ১: করোনার তৃতীয় ঢেউয়ের শুরুতে ভেরিয়্যান্টের প্রকোপে হাসপাতালে ভর্তি এবং সংক্রমণ ব্যাপক হারে বৃদ্ধি পাওয়ায় প্রিমিয়ার ডাঘ ফোর্ড ৩ এপ্রিল শনিবার ১২:০১ মিনিট থেকে সারা অন্টারিও প্রদেশে লকডাউন ঘোষণা করেছেন আজ। এই লকডাউন ঘোষিত হওয়ায় চলমান মহামারীতে মানুষ যাতে উন্মুক্ত অঙ্গণে বিক্ষিপ্তভাবে ঘোরাফেরা না করে এবং সমস্যাসংকুল পরিস্থিতিতে সতর্ক থাকে সে ব্যবস্থাটি নেয়া হয়েছে। যদিও সংক্রমণ রোধে টিকাদান কার্যক্রমটি অব্যাহত রয়েছে। সেজন্য অধিবাসীদের অন্যের সঙ্গে সামাজিক সংযোগ এই লকডাউনে সীমিত আকারে বজায় রাখার উপর গুরুত্বারোপ করা হয়েছে। Continue reading→
