On Sunday, Russian health officials logged 8,951 new infections. The country’s cumulative total of confirmed Covid-19 cases now top 5 million with 92.3% of all cases considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, Russia reported 357 Covid-related deaths, bringing the total death toll to 118,482.

Daily update of Ontario’s Covid-19 Vaccination Campaign
With the largest vaccination campaign underway, the province has administered more than 8.0 million doses into the arms of Ontarians. On May 23, numbers released by the Ministry of Health show health officials administered 140,330 vaccine doses on Saturday, down from 190,129 doses the day prior.
