Status update of Covid-19 cases worldwide

Here we provide a daily update of the data available for select countries and jurisdictions as of June 20, 2021 at 6:00pm EST.
On Sunday, health officials in Russia logged 17,611 new infections. The official tally of has now surpassed 5.3 million confirmed positive cases. Of the cumulative total, 91.6% are considered recovered. In the last 24-hours, Covid-related deaths increased by 450 pushing the country’s death toll passed 129,000.
In Ontario 318 new infected and 12 more deaths
TORONTO – June 20, 2021: Canada stood today at 1,408,583 positives for Covid-19, an increase of 460 more cases than in the previous 24 hours. The number of victims – nationwide – today reached 26,068 total deaths, 14 more than Saturday. Continue reading→
